Goal: prove that if you execute well, you can make enough money to become a huge company (e.g. $1b+ exit potential).

  • [4] You have a plausible top-down analysis of market size (“People spend $X per year on this problem, and we think we can capture 15% of that with our solution.”)
  • [4] You have a plausible bottom-up analysis of market size (“We think we can capture 10% of users in group A and 20% of users in group B, and we plan to charge those users $X and $Y, respectively.”)

Si baietii astia de la M.D.M Art Design, pe care i-am gasit pe OLX, cand cautam o masa mare, de 8-10 persoane, extensibila si ceva mai ieftina decat catedrala neamului prost. 

Dupa cateva minute de discutii, niste mesaje pe whatsapp (sa aleg culoarea mesei & date de facturare) si 3-4 zile de lucru, s-au prezentat doi baieti cu masa de mai jos, pe care transportat-o gratuit, au asamblat-o singuri, iar la sfarsit, au avut tupeu sa ceara si un aspirator, sa faca si curatenie in sala, ca sa stranga praful si resturile de material ramase.

Totul legal, cu factura si chitanta, 360 de lei.
